The development strategy of the Kolmar group of companies includes three stages: “6+”, “12+”, “20+”.
Within each stage, key parameters are defined, the main of which is the volume of coal mining and processing. To achieve this, the Kolmar Company buys new modern equipment, introduces new technologies.
In 2016, the implementation of the “6+” stage was completed, as part of which the Inaglinskaya-1 Coal Processing Plant and an open-pit mining section were commissioned.
The second stage, “12+”, ended in the first quarter of 2018. In record time, the Denisovskaya processing plant with a capacity of 6 million tons was constructed at the Denisovsky Mining Processing Complex, and the East Denisovskaya mine with a capacity of 4 million tons per year is being built. The Inaglinsky Coal Processing Plant includes an open-pit mining section; an operating Inaglinskaya-1 processing plant with a capacity of 2 million tons per year, construction of a mine with a capacity of 12 million tons and a processing plant with a capacity of 12 million tons are in progress.
The third stage, “20+”, will be implemented at the Inaglinsky MPC. By 2023, a mine with a capacity of 12 million tons per year and an coal processing plant “Inaglinskaya-2” with a capacity of 12 million tons per year will be built here.
Implementation of the strategy will bring the total volume of coal mining and processing at all Kolmar enterprises to 20 million tons, thanks to which Kolmar will be among the five largest coal companies in Russia by 2021.
